Green Guru LLC provides irrigation, outdoor lighting, and related property services. We apply reasonable care and professional judgment based on observed conditions at the time of service. Field conditions can change rapidly (weather, water quality, soil conditions, unknown underground obstructions, and existing system wear).
SRMS™ features are designed to improve scheduling discipline and reduce waste. Exact savings vary by property, weather patterns, system condition, nozzle selection, pressure, and client operating constraints. Statements such as "never waters in the rain" refer to configured rain-skip thresholds and weather intelligence behavior; results can be impacted by local forecast data availability, sensor inputs, and client overrides.
Some features rely on third-party services (weather feeds, cellular networks, device firmware). We do not control third-party outages or vendor changes. We configure systems according to best practices, but no technology can guarantee perfect decisions in every microclimate scenario.
Many failures are caused by pre-existing conditions (aged pipe, fittings, valves, wiring, prior repairs). Some issues only become visible once a system is pressurized or run under load. We document findings when practical and recommend repairs when risks are identified.
Low-voltage lighting performance depends on transformer capacity, wiring gauge/length, load balancing, connections, and exposure to moisture/corrosion. We can repair, upgrade, and modernize systems, but we cannot warrant client-supplied components beyond manufacturer coverage and documented work scope.
Workmanship warranty periods and plan-backed coverage rules are posted at warranty.html. Unless otherwise stated in writing on your invoice/estimate, the baseline Company labor warranty is 2 years from the service completion date for covered defects directly attributable to Company workmanship on irrigation and lighting work. Company-installed lighting fixtures may also carry 5-year material-defect coverage with up to 2 years of labor coverage for approved defect-related corrective work. This does not cover damage from freeze events, flooding, vandalism, lawn equipment, lightning/power surges, or third-party modifications.
Parts and fixtures may carry manufacturer warranties. Where applicable, we will assist with reasonable documentation to support a claim. Final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to work areas and identifying known hazards (pets, locked gates, underground utilities, private wells/pumps, shoreline conditions, etc.). If conditions are unsafe, we may pause work until risks are addressed.
