1) Definitions (plain language)

2) Irrigation warranty (2-year labor + Company-installed materials)

For irrigation repairs, new installs, and upgrade work completed by Green Guru LLC, the Company provides 2-year labor + Company-installed materials coverage only while the client maintains seasonal service during the coverage period:

Freeze rule (no grace): If winterization is not completed prior to the first freeze event of the season, remaining irrigation coverage is void. For a consistent reference, the Company uses National Weather Service reported temperatures for Rochester, MI. Microclimates vary, but freeze damage risk begins with unprotected water in lines and valves.

3) Landscape lighting warranty

4) Plan-backed extended coverage (lighting)

An active annual Lighting Service Plan extends eligible Company coverage by 2 additional years, provided the account remains in good standing and scheduled plan service is completed. This is Company coverage for eligible labor and Company-installed materials for failures that the manufacturer and the Company can reasonably control. It does not replace or override manufacturer warranty decisions.

5) What is not covered (common exclusions)

6) Manufacturer warranty (parts & fixtures)

Some parts and fixtures carry manufacturer warranties. Where applicable, the Company will assist with reasonable documentation to support a claim. Final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.

7) How to request warranty service

Contact the Company with the service address, a short description of the issue, and the approximate service completion date. For fastest scheduling, use Online Booking or request an inspection via the contact form.
