Terms of Service

Terms covering estimates, service plans, scheduling, and online checkout.

Summary: These terms describe how estimates, service plans, online booking, and payments work. Online checkout is processed through our service platform.

Quick Answer: What these terms do

They define execution rules. Estimates, scheduling, payment handling, and plan coverage expectations are documented for consistent service delivery.

Plan covers all parts and labor automaticallyOnly listed visits/benefits are included by default

1) Estimates and authorization

Estimates describe scope, pricing, and assumptions. By approving an estimate (in writing, by signature, or via online approval), you authorize Green Guru LLC to perform the described work.

2) Service plans (Essentials & Elite)

3) Scheduling and access

Clients are responsible for providing safe access (unlocked gates, pets secured, clear work areas) and for identifying known hazards. If conditions are unsafe or access is blocked, we may reschedule.

4) Payments

Payment terms are shown on your invoice/estimate. If online payment or plan checkout is offered, it is handled through our field-service platform. Our current provider is Housecall Pro. Payment availability and methods may vary.

5) Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand schedules change. For peak-season service, please provide as much notice as possible so we can keep routes efficient for all clients. Repeated no-shows may result in rescheduling fees or plan limitations (documented in writing).

6) Third-party products and services

Some services rely on third-party products or platforms (controllers, sensors, cellular networks, payment processors). Availability, outages, or vendor changes may affect performance. See legal.html for additional notices.

7) Warranty

Warranty and coverage terms are posted at warranty.html. Disclaimers and responsibility notices are posted at legal.html. Manufacturer warranties apply to applicable parts/fixtures and final decisions are made by the manufacturer.

Terms FAQs
