Terms covering estimates, service plans, scheduling, and online checkout.
They define execution rules. Estimates, scheduling, payment handling, and plan coverage expectations are documented for consistent service delivery.
| Common Assumption | Terms Clarification |
|---|---|
| Plan covers all parts and labor automatically | Only listed visits/benefits are included by default |
| Priority means same-day guarantee | Priority is scheduling preference, not guaranteed same-day service |
| Any platform outage is contractor-controlled | Third-party dependencies can affect workflows |
| Warranty has no seasonal conditions | Coverage can require seasonal or plan compliance |
Estimates describe scope, pricing, and assumptions. By approving an estimate (in writing, by signature, or via online approval), you authorize Green Guru LLC to perform the described work.
Clients are responsible for providing safe access (unlocked gates, pets secured, clear work areas) and for identifying known hazards. If conditions are unsafe or access is blocked, we may reschedule.
Payment terms are shown on your invoice/estimate. If online payment or plan checkout is offered, it is handled through our field-service platform. Our current provider is Housecall Pro. Payment availability and methods may vary.
We understand schedules change. For peak-season service, please provide as much notice as possible so we can keep routes efficient for all clients. Repeated no-shows may result in rescheduling fees or plan limitations (documented in writing).
Some services rely on third-party products or platforms (controllers, sensors, cellular networks, payment processors). Availability, outages, or vendor changes may affect performance. See legal.html for additional notices.
Warranty and coverage terms are posted at warranty.html. Disclaimers and responsibility notices are posted at legal.html. Manufacturer warranties apply to applicable parts/fixtures and final decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Work is authorized when a client approves a written estimate by signature, online approval, or other documented written confirmation.
No. Plans include listed visits and benefits; additional repairs and parts are billed unless explicitly included in writing.
Yes. Rescheduling is supported, and peak-season efficiency depends on timely notice to preserve route planning.
Terms note that third-party platform availability and vendor changes can affect service workflows and are outside direct control.
Warranty coverage details are documented on the warranty page and may include plan-backed conditions.
These terms may be updated as the business adds online checkout and additional services. The latest version is posted on this page.
